Look up a job's budget, margin, daily logs and tasks by asking. Tread Connection is a standard MCP connector, tested with OpenAI and Claude models. 55+ tools, pointed at your JobTread organization. Before a change order, ask what is already in the budget.
JobTread answers
How-to answers grounded in JobTread's official Help Center, with six trade brains (commercial GC, residential remodeler, custom home builder, cost-plus, pool builder, trade sub). In the morning, ask how to handle the next estimate in your trade.
Setup audit and backups
A graded audit of your JobTread setup with the fixes worth making first, and backups of your configuration you can restore. Run the free audit before changing your setup.
Project rooms (pilot)
One conversation per job for your team, your subs and your client, with an SI that answers from that job. Subs and clients only see what is shared with them. After a site walk, post an update for the people who need it. See a project room.

PaceNotes
During a client call, keep notes of what was agreed and what happens next. Available in the United States only, for members with PaceNotes access during the pilot. The iPhone app is in beta on TestFlight.

Member is $89 a month. Add Construction for $50 a month to connect JobTread and use its knowledge base, audit and trade brains. Total: $139 a month. The Construction add-on is coming soon; existing accounts with JobTread access enabled can keep using their tools.
